5. Perpetual Archive
Published content may remain on The Mitchell Report indefinitely. Requests for removal may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
6. Professional & Moral Use
The Mitchell Report will not use submitted content in any manner that is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or misleading. All content will be utilized within the scope of a professional media platform focused on law, policy, and public affairs.
7. No Compensation
All contributions are voluntary and unpaid. This platform is intended to provide visibility, experience, and portfolio development.
8. Editorial Contributors vs. Sponsored Content / Paid Placement
The Mitchell Report features both Editorial Contributors and Sponsored Content. Editorial Contributors are selected on a discretionary basis and participate in unpaid editorial features based on relevance, quality, and timing. Submission does not guarantee publication. We are selective with editorial features. If you are seeking guaranteed publication and promotion, we offer Sponsored Content / Paid Placement options. Sponsored Content is clearly designated and may include articles, video features, and distribution across our platform and affiliated channels.
9. Attribution
Contributors may be credited at the discretion of The Mitchell Report. Contributors may reference their participation (e.g., 'Featured in The Mitchell Report') but may not republish the content itself.
10. Representations
By submitting content, you confirm that the content is original or properly authorized, it does not infringe on any third-party rights, and it is not knowingly false or defamatory.
